Job Details
open plan living room and dining room 8.2x 3.95 at both the widest/longest points of the room. then into the entrance hallway which is a small L shape around 7.5m2. I will allow a generous 10% extra in laminate just in case. The subfloor is parquet block flooring. I want underlay and laminate laid straight on top. I want scotia installed around the perimeter of the hallway once finished but the living room and diner are a continued work in progress so not ready for the finishing touches yet.
