Flooring to all be supplied. Herringbone 50sqm. Want fitting quote. Please include some levelling of joists/laying ply in some areas.
Full flat decoration
Coving to be installed in all rooms excluding stairs
En/s in main bed to take down one existing stud wall and moved out a foot to make en/s bigger.
New doors/skirtings/architrave
Repaint front external
New gutters and front door
Lighting too be redesigned/installed in each room. Fittings I will supply.
Radiators to be changed.
Installation of a tv unit including a build in electric fire.
All finishing materials ie tiles, carpets, sanitary, paint, flooring, kitchen etc to be supplied my myself.
Just building materials for new studs, joist levelling etc need to be supplied by yourself
Mainly it’s a Labour quote plus building materials which I am looking for.
