1. Removing and disposing of the flooring in the living room
2. Removal and disposal of the carpet in the bedrooms.
3. Removal and disposal of the skirting in all the rooms where a new floor is to
be done.
Flooring work (all materials will be supplied to you)
1. To pour levelling compound throughout the rooms
2. To install the flooring material
3. To install antique Brass trims on all the Doors between the existing and new floor
4. To install new pine skirting boards 95 mm or 120 mm height
The area which will be covered is all rooms apart from the entrance. It is about 115 M2.
