Hello, we are looking for a specialist post-construction deep clean for a lived-in two-storey family home (approx. 147 m2) in Borehamwood following self-levelling compound / cement dust contamination throughout the house.
The property is not empty – all furniture, clothes, toys, and personal belongings remain in place, but the house is currently unoccupied.
The dust has affected all rooms, including cupboards, wardrobes, carpets, soft furnishings, beds, sofas, stairs, and toys, and requires careful handling.
One occupant had a documented allergic / respiratory reaction, so correct dust-control methods are essential.
The clean must use HEPA (M- or H-class) vacuums, FFP3 masks, no dry dusting, and follow a vacuum-first, damp-wipe-second method.
Air scrubbers are already on site and running, so they do not need to be provided.
