- Shower head need to be replaced with a similar one.
- Kitchen tap loose - moves when tap is turned on and leaks water. It probably needs to be just tightened from below.
- Toilet flush coming off when pressed. It probably needs to be fixed.
- Doorbell doesn't sound when pressed. Not sure if we just need a remote and cheap doorbell or the current one can be fixed. (this is not imperative to fix if too complicated)
- Extractor fan in bathroom doesn't switch on.
- Loose board under the oven.
