Engineered Wood Herringbone Parquet flooring 8cm x 30cm. 10mm thick. 55sqm space.
Parquet is stored is in apartment already.
On 4th floor, no lift, so any equipment will have to be carried.
Living room, bedroom and hallway. Can have thresholds between.
Apartment is furnished so will need to move furniture. Bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe in bedroom. Couch, coffee table and dinning table in living room. No furniture in hallway.
Current floor is raw concrete in hallway, this then becomes 1960s linoleum. No visible change in floor level between the two materials.
Work can start immediately.

Job Details
We need an engineered wood, parquet floor laid across the whole downstairs of our house in a herringbone formation. Looking for someone in Brighton with prior experience of having done this. The floor area is 33 square meters. We can take up the current floor in advance of the work starting. We wont move in until the end of April so looking for an estimate of costs for this (we will pre order the flooring and materials needed) and availability the last week of April or first couple of weeks or May to do the work along with an idea on how long this might take. Thanks
