Besim was absolutely brilliant. Great work ethic, efficient, high standard and quick. He stuck to his words, was punctual and did a lot of on the spot problem solving when IKEA delivered the wrong parts to our kitchen. Our splashback was also delayed and Besim came back to fit it, with no extra charge for the return. We are really pleased with the end result and will definitely use him again when we need any work in future.

Stanley is a Punctual, Polite, pragmatic & professional person. The cooker had to be replaced because of a gas leak smell. After contacting him, he arrived the very next day, before I could even explain the problem, he had already identified everything & provided a solution.
He cleared everything out and left, Quiet but extremely effective.
