This was a normal paint job but it turned into a pulling down of plasterboards and ceiling, and getting the roofer back to fix a leak in the roof. Yes, I was stressed and anxious with the cost that mounted up but Andrei was very calm and polite with my meltdowns. He worked hard keeping me informed and the tenant happy while undertaking the work. I felt strongly that he was a good, trustworthy person and added to that the work was done professionally, to a high standard and in record time.
