Very happy with the service and ease of booking - the cleaners even managed to re-fix the toilet roll holder that had fallen off! Was slightly sceptical when booking due to two not great reviews but they were absolutely amazing! One woman arrived and called for additional equipment which was delivered with another cleaner. I was really glad I chose Alexandra as she provided a top-class end of tenancy cleaning service. She arrived punctually with her team mate and they had all the professional cleaning equipment with them. The job ended up taking longer than expected. They didn't try to rush it and made sure everything was taken care of. The oven, hob, extractor hood had a lot of grease and stains build-up but Alexandra made sure it was all properly cleaned and shiny. Everything was left clean and shiny.
