Communications with Labu were very clear from the start; he suggested replacing the whole unit, which I then decided to purchase myself, after Labu confirmed it was the correct model. The job was done quickly, with no issues and within 24h from first contact. The price was reasonable, I paid by card, and received an invoice afterwards. All in all, a job well done 👍
