The cleaners were very good. They did their job very well. But the agency was terrible.They stated the fixed quote price which you want to accept. Then they will call you for adding multiple extras +++ on the day of cleaning when you cannot say no. They didnt check the picture of the rooms and they accepted the job with fixed price. What are they expecting from end of tenancy cleaning? Are they expecting an already cleaned flat which just need some moping? It is end of tenancy deep cleaning!!!!
