Hi,My name is Anthony,I have been painting houses for a long time mostly friends and my own I enjoy it so much I have retired from my day job and now paint as and when I choose, I am extremely careful when working so as not to upset anything or damage the area when working and great care will be taken to leave everything as it was except for the great painting job when we leave. The cost of £150 is for labour only and is per room for painting as I do not know what colour or type of paint you want to use. If you prefer to buy it yourself that is fine, If there is any damp present this would have to be delt with and dry before we could start to paint. I would like a £200 deposit paid to paypal should anything happen then you would be able to get a refund.Thank you for reading my profile. Yours Anthony.
