Hi guys, we are Karen & Jordan, a family team that have been cleaning carpets and upholstery for over 15 years now. We enjoy meeting new people and looking after their carpet as our own. Seeing the results after the cleaning and the happy faces is so fulfilling. Our machine is Mytee speedster 500 PSI, straight from the US! We have used other machines in the past but this one is a monster! The method we use is called STEAM CLEANING or shampoo & hot water extraction. The process involves stain treatment to remove stains, pre spray to lift up dirt, shampoo and extraction, rinse, and deodoriser to smell nice. We offer stain protection to prevent any further stains, Eco-friendly products, or Pet odour treatment upon request. All our detergents are safe to use around children and pets. We do our best to remove all stains, but we cannot guarantee complete removal of any stains or smell as they could be permanent or damage.
