I'm currently a maintenance man at a 101 bedroom care home I'm 39 and very reliable I have to decorate the home when needed on a big scale so any painting jobs considered also basic plumbing such as changing taps toilet leaks repair the full cistern also and maintenance of all sorts including jet washing gardening mowing strumming and trimming all jobs considered but if can't do wont try as wouldn't rip any one off as I'm only just starting this and looking to make a career out of working for myself very reasonable prices no set but no job same so quotes vary but assured of a friendly and courtesy handyman
