No matter what type of goal (gaining confidence at work and around people, thinking of career advancement or change, wanting to become healthier and stronger, feeling stuck in a dead end job and not knowing where to go) I help my clients analysing their thoughts and understanding limiting beliefs. By unpacked all layers of what is holding us back as humans, I can support and guide the client through an inner reflection, gain more awareness and overcome barriers.
