Below is the checklist;
All Rooms - Wash/wipe skirting boards, doors & frames, radiator/air vents, removing any cobwebs and dust from all interior fixtures and fittings, all wood work surfaces and clean floors.
Kitchen - Degrease/clean inside & out cupboards, tops, sides, fridge & freezer, washing machine and units. Remove any grease from tiles/splashback. Clean sinks, taps and floors.
Oven and extractor - Degrease inside and clean racks, hob, filters and trays.
Bathrooms - Clean inside & out, tops, toilet, sides of all units. Remove any watermarks/limescale from tiles, shower-head attachment, glass screen, taps, sink and clean floors.
Windows - Clean inside glass, seals and frames where possible.
All our teams will provide all products and equipments neccesary for the cleaning.
Also in case if you will be not presented at the property we will take pictures before and after the job is completed.
Payments will be taken on the day of the cleaning, no Deposit or advance payment will be required once you book the service.
Unlimited Guarantee ( return at the property as many times is required, wont be the case based on our experience but always good to be covered
