My deep cleans, move in and end of tenancy clean have a flat rate of £175 which is for up to 5 hours of cleaning. Every hour after this will be charged at £25. If it takes less than 5 hours, the flat rate £150 will still be applicable. Deep cleans include a clean from top to bottom. The only items excluded from this service are carpet, oven, washing machine and dishwasher cleans. However, the front of these appliances will be cleaned to a high standard. And carpets hoovered thoroughly. My cleans will include the removal of dirt, grime, grease & unknown substances to the best of my ability, I will not give up until I am truly certain that I can do no more to remove the substance. If you would like a full breakdown of exactly what is included in the deep clean, please message me, I’d be more than happy to share this information with you. If you would like specific rooms deep cleaning, for example the bathroom, please contact me for a quote. If you would like a more accurate quote of the deep clean, I'd be happy to visit your property, or you can send me clear photos and details about the property. My deep cleans are not limited to households, I clean offices, workplaces, caravans, holiday homes etc. There’s pretty much no limit to what I will clean. Deposits of £150 will be taken to secure your booking, if you cancel within 24 hours of the booking then you will forfeit this amount. I would be happy to reschedule this appointment for you though free of charge. If you cancel over 24 hours before the booking then you will forfeit 50% of your deposit. Again, I'd be happy to reschedule this appointment for free. I am fully insured, DBS checked and use all my own products and equipment – unless requested otherwise.
