Hi, my name is Huda and I am a pharmacy student at the University of Manchester. I want to tutor as it's a flexible and rewarding job and I want to be able to help those that are struggling and help other students achieve the grades they want by helping them understand the content and learning different revision strategies. The grades I achieved during my A levels are : A* in Biology, A in chemistry and an A* in psychology so I believe I have a good understanding of these subjects, different exam boards and revision techniques. My teaching method will vary as it depends on the student I teach and their learning methods - I will incorporate exam questions in my sessions (at the end, once i've covered the topic) to ensure they have understood the content and would give some for homework. I will first establish what the student already knows and then will explain the information they are struggling to understand.
