Swept stairways, dry vacuumed carpeted areas, picked up rubbish, and emptied waste bins. Washed and machine scrubbed floors, and spray burnished hard floor surfaces with a polishing machine. Polished brass fittings and wipe cleaned and polished other metal hardware fixtures in addition to glass panels in doors, cabinets and partitions. Cleaned all kitchen work surfaces and appliances, washed floors thoroughly and disposed of all waste items. Ensured the proper maintenance of equipment and that any defective items were reported to the Supervisor.
