Hey I’m Kia, a newly qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer. I decided to follow my dream in these sectors following my own disabilities and struggles with my weight. Over a 2-3 year period I managed a huge loss of 85kg!! Now weighing on the border of 70kg I am so much happier and healthier for it I would love to offer people the strength and support to improve their health through their difficulties. It would really be an honour to aid others into achieving their goals whilst also still working on myself. I also have level 2 mental health and first aid certification and currently part way through level 2 health and nutrition and a level 3 in pre and post natal clients to widen my client base.
