Am a hard working engineer. 
Am a commercial refrigeration engineer engineer although I have worked in building services for the last 15 companies. 
So I have ended up doing more facilities work, air conditioning, servicing and maintenance, fabrics , drainage, taps , blocked toilets , putting up curtains or blinds, installation of washing machines and dish washers, just the usual facilities staff. 
So I bring a wealth of experience to my customers that can be useful in dealing with day to day issues in the building the occupy.
