My Name is Patrick Maguire and I am the director of my company maguire roofing & building (London) ltd. This is a family run business. I have over 10years experience in all aspects of roofing. My team is also well experienced in all aspects of roofing. I am VAT registered company. I have £2 million Liability insurance cover including application of heat. I am CSCS certified and other certs passed. I cover most of London and it’s surrounding areas. I visit your site for inspection and send quotations usually same day with photos and videos if needed. I will be working along side my team. I keep customers well informed with work progress verbally and by taking photos and videos. It is my highest priority to keep the customer happy. We give free quotations and advice. We do renewal or repairs on: Pitched Slate & tiled roofs. Flat roofing, chimney works. Fascia, soffit, gutters and downpipes. Gutter clearing. Roof surveys: We do roof and loft surveys, we actually get up to roof level by way of a ladder and climb into the loft space to get close up inspections and take photos and videos for surveys.
