First of all I'm 46 years old and have 25 years experience in construction, I am also a qualified electrician with certificates if required. I'm a single father of 2 so know how hard it is to manage money in these difficult times so I offer a low rate to single parents/ the elderly.
This isn't for competition it's purely because I know how hard thi gs are and don't like the thought of anyone struggling because of a few quid.
