I have a Diploma in Life Coaching & Emotional, Behavioural Psychology as well as I am registered with the IAPC&M. Integrity is one of my core values and I lead the sessions from my intuition. This enables me to stay focused on the client's needs, as well as keep actively listening during the session. I act as a mirror during the sessions, and I don't just reflect back what you alredy see, but I also bring your attention to your blindspots. I have a direct approach as a coach, but my intentions are always come from a place of well-being. I am the coach for you if you are ready to take the actual steps to live your life in alignment. I am not the coach for you if you are expecting someone to give you the answers. One of the earliest lessons I had learnt in life, is that no one is coming to save you. You have to do what's best for you, and helping you learn to trust yourself is what my job is as a coach.
