Before we agree anything we offer a free consultation for a quote so the client knows exactly what they are getting before we settle anything. This includes. meeting the owners and given a quote on the day, answering any questions whilst also explaining what we do and what we cover and to also find out what maintenance plan if they wanted that will suit them best going forward. The first clean is done by the owners where we set the standard. Then the other staff members will continue to maintain this. We work within teams meaning multiple sets of eyes check over each job ensuring the highest quality control check we possibly can. We have references available at hand. Working within teams also provides us to be a more efficient service as we can complete the job a lot quicker than others. We set high standards so we can happily cater to a large variety of clients.
