The purpose of the survey is to determine the extent of the infestation problem reported and the work that needs to be done to resolve it. The treatment alone may not be sufficient to irradiaticate the infestation entirely if sufficient proofing (blocking of holes, where rodents/pests may be entirely the property) does not follow. Proofing will be recommended by the Technician on site only when it is required. The cost of the survey does not include the cost of the proofing which is at an additional cost. The technician will advise of this when conducting the survey. If the client does not give permission for proofing work to be carried out when recommended, the treatment applied will not be completely affective.
