Hey, my names Raphaiel, also known as raph. Since I’ve been young, I’ve always been comfortable on being on camera whether that’s filming videos or taking pictures. I’ve always liked being on camera since doing content creation has always been my passion. I always said to myself from young that I didn’t want to do a 9 to 5 job, since I wanted to do a job were I was more comfortable with doing and also to do a job were I’m having fun and enjoying what I’m doing, reason why I am here today. I’ve worked on a couple of projects when I was younger. One with Rated Pictures, a production company made by Reece Pike and Armstrong Kolawole alumni’s of LSA. This movie was a short movie called “Neglect”. Another project that I worked on was with my primary school, this title was written, composed, and performed by the Year 6 of Edmund Waller Primary School. This movie was called “Offline” it was once released in theatres as well as that, it’s on Amazon to buy.I’m proud of these projects because I worked extremely hard on them, I put all my time and effort into these projects and they came out very well. I’ve also received good feedback on the work that’s been put in. A challenge I’ve faced was needing to be confident enough to put my work in front of people without being scared of their judgement about it. I dealt with this challenge by deciding to change my way of thinking about it. I decided to stop caring about what people think about the work you put in, take the negative feedback, use it and then make it into something positive. And all it really does is give me the extra confidence to do what I love the most which is filming, and just being on camera in general. Lastly, I’ve had some experience with being a photographer at a photoshoot, so I know how long it takes to set up everything and I know how to socialise with people.
