I have been practising life coaching for the past 5 years working with a diverse range of clients. My clients generally work with me for a range of different reasons from career difficulties, relationship problems and goal setting. I am a current MSc student in positive psychology and coaching psychology, and so I work with a range of scientifically proven theories and concepts to promote strengths and thriving. All individuals have strengths that they may not necessarily be aware of but can be utilised to develop potential and positive outcomes.
