A service not limited in time - Since my end of tenancy cleaning service isn’t limited in time, I won’t leave the property until everything is cleaned to perfection. Use of exceptional detergents and equipment - I will use professional detergents and equipment from trusted UK suppliers, which are not commercially available. These solutions are extremely effective and help to achieve great results. A deep clean of the entire property - Every room in the property will be thoroughly wiped top to bottom. This includes the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and hallway. Deep kitchen appliances clean - I will professionally clean and disinfect the appliances this is included as standard practice for the end of tenancy clean. All flooring will be shampooed or steamed using special detergents to remove stains. All tiles in the property will be cleaned and steamed. Internal doors, window and window seals will be wiped down. Knowledge of products and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) – From my years of working as a cleaner I have a good understanding of correct uses for chemicals and products and aim to finish a job with high end standards.
