In my career and life journey, I was told what a "traditional strong leader" looks, feels and sounds like, and in order to be one, I was advised (and was trained) to be more "visible", speak up more, work on my personal brands, and "fake it till I make it", but later in life I realised what's most useful for me is to embrace my own nature of style and give it a chance to shine. Through coaching, my wish for my clients is to see the value in their true self.
