Life can be really tough. Sometimes we just need some support.
I offer a safe and confidential space for you to speak about anything that may be bothering you. Sometimes the way we view ourselves may be holding us back. We may feel overwhelmed, have lost sight of what we value, or perhaps we are finding it hard to see meaning in the life we live. I can help you to gain clarity, I work with your strengths and use empathy, kindness, and non-judgment to uplift and empower you.
I believe that everybody is an individual, so I work in an Integrative way. This means I take a holistic view of whatever is presented in our sessions and use different therapeutic approaches and interventions to tailor best to you.
I also work with students who may be facing exam stress, relationship issues, homesickness, procrastination, debt, problem gambling, substance misuse, and adapting to student life with long-term illness or disability.
Allow yourself the opportunity to identify that you are valued. You have a purpose, you matter, you are seen and you are heard.
Issues I work with:
Self-esteem, confidence, self-worth, anxiety, depression, motivation, well-being, life decisions, meaning, existentialism, student counseling, mental, health, young adults, further, higher, education, university, college, Gambling addiction, and those affected by problem gambling (family, friends, colleagues)
