My name is Zara and i'm a qualified person-centered counsellor working online. I am extremely passionate about helping to reduce stigma around help-seeking behaviours for emotional distress and mental health issues. I value the importance of building a trusting, non-judgemental relationship with my clients and strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship can help clients to talk more openly which may lead to a more positive outcome and healthier way of living.
