Besim was absolutely brilliant. Great work ethic, efficient, high standard and quick. He stuck to his words, was punctual and did a lot of on the spot problem solving when IKEA delivered the wrong parts to our kitchen. Our splashback was also delayed and Besim came back to fit it, with no extra charge for the return. We are really pleased with the end result and will definitely use him again when we need any work in future.
