I’ve been in the service industry for 30 years and understand the value of good service. In all that time, I don’t think I’ve come across ANYONE that lives up to the standards that Eddie sets for himself. My elderly Mum needed to have her decking cleaned and Eddie responded within minutes, turned up on time, did an amazing job and without being asked, did more stuff for Mum that was unrelated to the job being paid for and for no extra cost. He’s an absolute gentleman and a superstar.
