Remove kitchen on first floor and replace this with walk in wardrobe for where the current kitchen is.
New en-suite for first floor and one big master bedroom will go here, build wall along with change of staircase to new modern standards.
Work to start within next 2 months.

We would like to get a quote for refurbishing a flat in Central London. The size of the flat is 1176 sq ft; and we’d like to do the following:
- knock down a wall between current lounge and one bed room to create a large living space. We’d like this to include an open kitchen;
- turn the existing kitchen room into a bedroom;
- change current carpeted floors into wooden floors;
- re-do two bathrooms; and
- re-pain the flat.
