I’m looking for a quote for installing simple parquet flooring in my one-bedroom flat located in Woodford Green, IG8 (East London, Central Line).
Project details:
Property type: One-bedroom flat
Areas to be covered: Living room, bedroom, and hallway only
Areas excluded: Kitchen and bathroom
Estimated flooring area: 25–35 m2
Total flat size (for reference): 62 m2
Current flooring: Grey, smooth-surface tiles
Property condition: Recently refurbished
Flooring requirements:
Simple parquet (e.g. straight lay / basic herringbone – open to advice)
Supply & install or install-only (please quote separately if possible)
